We had a wonderful, sunny barbeque on Saturday 13th June, at which we also said goodbye to Philip, our Rector, ahead of his final service and retirement on 21st June.

He knows what it is to enjoy life and to party, but he also knows what it is to suffer, to be trapped in pain and to be betrayed and rejected, and he journeys with us in our joys and struggles, if we'll let him. Jesus is the touching place where things can change, where new life can begin to grow out of difficulties faced. Jesus reaches out to everyone, and not just the people who are in the 'in crowd'."
